Applicable Law and jurisdiction
Any dispute between the Parties relating to the performance of the Services foreseen in and/or the interpretation of this Agreement that shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The Luxembourg law is applicable.
